Terms
By playing Binario, you agree to these terms. They are short because Binario is small: a free daily puzzle, no accounts, no purchases.
The game
Binario is a free daily binary logic puzzle. A new puzzle is issued once per UTC day for each difficulty, and everyone who plays that day gets the same one. We may change, pause or discontinue the game or any feature at any time, including without notice. This is a small, independently run project, not a service with an availability guarantee.
No account required
There is no sign-up. Your progress stays in your browser, as the privacy page explains. Clearing site data or switching devices starts you over, and we cannot restore a streak or a best time.
Intellectual property
The Binario name, design and game logic belong to its operator. You are welcome to share your own results publicly; that does not transfer any other rights in the game.
No warranty
Binario is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Binario's operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the game changes; the date above shows the last edit. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply to Binario's operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where local consumer-protection law gives you rights these terms cannot override.
